We also rely on experts in various fields, resulting in an exceptionally holistic perspective on performance and its importance.The head coaches are Performance Coach Juuso Aho and physiotherapist Vesapekka Larkkonen.

We have been in life-threatening situations and have been cooperating with various authorities for the worst.
We have also maintained our own physics in very different places: on the deck of a passenger ship, in the Afghan desert and in many different military bases both in Finland and abroad.At some point, we realized how good the transfer effect of military capability training is.
The physical and mental demands of the soldiers, and especially the special forces, are very extensive and varied, just like the challenges in life in general.
People with varying sports and activity backgrounds in military training should be in the best possible condition in a short amount of time and with simple equipment.
